Lt Col Rajeev Devgan, Ex. Group Testing Officer started the Universal Counselling Centre at H/C-317, Ganga Nagar, Meerut during February 2001. The Gunner officer is a product of Delhi Public School, Mathura Road & was commissioned in 5 FIELD REGIMENT through Indian Military Academy, Dehradun during December 1975.
The officer also served in 871 LIGHT REGIMENT, 224 FIELD REGIMENT, 305 MEDIUM REGIMENT, ARTILLERY CENTRE, HYDRABAD & NASIK respectively. The officer qualified as Group Testing Officer from Directorate Institute of Psychological Research, DIPR Delhi during January 1987 and upholds the GUNNER'S PRIDE in imparting best of Education and Training to Young Aspirants to join the Armed Forces in the Officer Category.
The Officer enjoys an extensive experience as a Group Testing Officer with a prolonged tenure in SSB Allahabad for approximately 3 years duration and also served Selection Boards on attachment schedules with SSB Banglore, Allahabad and Bhopal for short spans leading to an extensive overall period of 18 months.

The Selection rate achieved is of a very high order due to total commitment and professional approach which is proved productively by the candidates at the time of appearance at the Services Selection Board.

As Director of a prestigious Universal Counselling Centre, I feel privileged to address through the site and emphasize the objective to impart Hi-Tech training & testing to individuals to qualify in the Services Selection Board and serve the Nation with honour and pride, dedication and devotion and maintain the rich ethos and morals of Indian Armed Forces. The safety honour and dignity of this country depends on Young and Dynamic aspirants who try very hard to live-up to the expectations of the Nation. To develop faith and confidence, one has to put in sharp work and sustained effort and learn the correct technique to undergo a difficult and unique process of Selection at the Services Selection Board. The aspirant has to develop his mental as well as physical skills to be accepted as a proud officer of the Indian Armed Forces. To meet the challenges at the SSB, dealing with candidates of similar age profile from different states, one has to excel and do something extra to prove his worth at the time of selection. Therefore, you have to commit yourself to constant education and personal development. You must endeavor to remain updated on all facets of development in and around the world and the nation.
